The most compassionate and caring group of people. We took our dog here his whole life right up to the end. When he passed these people sent cards, flowers, made a donation in his name. Their caring really helped the grieving process. They really did care and were utterly professional. When people care this much it needs to be called out and celebrated.

Very kind staff. Always helpful. Helped my puppy when he was super sick. We are new dog owners and staff was so helpful with all the questions I had.Very thorough and came up with a plan with diagnostics were coming back with no diagnosis. Plan worked.Only hope is they would be open on Sundays and longer hours on Saturdays and open on holidays.Downside- they are $$.But overall, recommend.

We adopted our black lab puppy from Lab-Rescue on Sunday 5 November 2023. Ozzie is such a beautiful, happy little guy. He had received an initial veterinary checkup from the veterinarian service that the Lab-Rescue organization used, and so he already had some of his vaccinations. We visited Royal York Animal Hospital so that Ozzie could get the rest of his vaccinations. We met Dr. Allen and he was very helpful with advice for raising a new puppy. We are looking forward to a long and healthy relationship with Royal York Animal Hospital.
