Had 'John the Plumber' replace our kitchen faucet yesterday. The service was quick and perfect. Michael G was very easy to deal with and explained exactly what he was going to do prior....very good service.

We had a small but somewhat urgent matter and within an hour of submitting a request for a plumber we received a call to see when would be convenient for us, not just "here is when we're coming, make it work" like some other companies!Michael Kang was our plumber and he called as promised a half hour before our time slot.There was an issue with the replacement faucet we had purchased and Michael explained what the issue was, made sure we could return our malfunctioning faucet, confirmed how much we spent and went to the store returning promptly with the same faucet and installed it so quickly...from start to finish even with the trip to the store he was in and out inside...read full review

Mike K. called ahead to let me know he was on his way 20 minutes before arriving right on time at 11am.Mike did a great job repairing a corroded and broken flange and re-installing the toilet. Everything was fixed in less than an hour which was faster than I had expected. The pricing was upfront and very reasonable for what was involved so I was very satisfied with the outcome.
