Dr. Steven and his staff were able to fit me in for dental cleaning and fillings when I was under a time crunch.The professionalism and skill of Dr. Steven and his staff are readily apparent. The friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile to help patients are a bonus. All of the staff at East Mall Family Dental have this "patient-oriented" work ethic! I have had the great pleasure, of attending East Mall Dental for many years. I look forward to seeing Dr. Steve, Anna, (Hygienist) (Operations Managers) Josee, Toni, and the lovely Lucille. They are well organized, articulate, professional and customer focused. They are like Family to me. Anna is amazing, so talented, and skilled, and a consummate professional who has provided yeoman service. Dr. Steve is a perfectionist and a nice man.
