I’m a first time expecting mother and booked my 1st ever prenatal massage with Sophia. I wish I found out about her sooner into my pregnancy as she exceeded all my expectations!! Sophia was so friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable during my entire treatment. She even provided me with some tips and gave me some pointers on some things I can do to relieve swelling and pregnancy soreness at home - I learned so much from her! I’ve already booked my next session with her and will surely be booking her post pregnancy and beyond!

I’ve been seeing Sophia for 3 years now. By far the best deep tissue massage and incredible lymphatic drainage massage. She’s extremely knowledgeable and highly professional, and I always leave feeling instantly better!

I’ve been seeing Sophia for over a year now and I can confidently say I haven’t experienced a 10/10 massage therapy experience like I have with her. I have a lot of back issues and scar tissue from my c section that she works on thoroughly. She is very attentive, kind and genuinely loves her occupation and it shows in her work. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a massage whether it’s deep tissue, or relaxation!
