Before any work begins, they are extremely detailed and transparent about the process and their experience, with detailed photos of past jobs throughout. All the upfront information provided peace of mind and trust for my partner and I.

In terms of the actual work, everything was done as described -- and done fast. Even with my street's questionable (read: never available) parking, there were no complaints and they just carried on with the work. I WFH and wasn't bothered at all over the three-day job.
