I saw Dr Monaco and RVT Claudia for my chinchilla Kappy, he is 6-7 years old and I just got him about a month ago. He has never been to a vet before so I wasn’t sure how he was going to do in general going in for a check up.
Both Dr Monaco and Claudia handled him with so much care and despite him being a bit confused as to what on earth they were doing to ensure he was a healthy boy, I know overall he was comfortable in their hands and made sure he had time in between during the exam for breaks.
I’m very glad that we found an exotic vet nearby and that there’s a team who wears their hearts on their sleeves. Would highly recommend this team
I got grounded to fly due to my service animal having a bout of diarreah at the airport and needing clearance to fly. They got me in right away for an appointment. They werekind, professional, and efficient. And the exam cost of $150 was very acceptable to me.
It is clear that Dr. Chen is truly passionate about her work, she treated my cat, Boba, with such incredible love and gentle care.
