Was referred to the clinic / Igal by a friend of mine. Have had lower back issues since late May from playing golf which led to stiffness and reduced mobility in the hips / back. First session with Igal was great and I was able to play this past weekend on consecutive days and didn't feel too much pain / stiffness on the 3rd day. It's obviously only one session but I intend to continue visiting for treatments.
