Siham was very polite on the phone and answered a lot of the questions I had, while also managing to book an appointment that worked for my schedule. At the clinic I was met by Marriam at the front desk who was also very friendly and professional.
Isha my physiotherapist was fantastic. She listened to my concerns attentively (it was nice to feel heard considering I had not great experience in that department with physios in the past). She was very knowledgeable and formed a treatment plan for me quickly that not only included improvement of pain but strengthening for re-injury prevention. Her approach to care seems very holistic and she is not afraid to be hands on! Would definitely recommend Isha and her team at complete care!”
