Excellent work. The team is friendly, effective, and always willing to explain the process to you. The transparency is incredibly valuable, as you get a real sense of what your issue might have been. They are very responsive and professional always. I have hired the Pipe Wrenchers twice in the last year now and have been impressed each time.
Twice now I have called these guys for emergency plumbing. The first time, not only did they fix what needed fixing, they also advised me what should *not* be fixed by them, and told me how to do it myself. The second time, an undermount kitchen sink *fell out* of the countertop. They showed up same day and had my sink back in order. Both times the fee was totally fair. I hope I never again need them, but if I do I will call them.Services: Toilet repair
Great customer service. The technician showed up on time and technically he has done an outstanding job. I will be calling him for the next service, in addition I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends.
