Twice now I have called these guys for emergency plumbing. The first time, not only did they fix what needed fixing, they also advised me what should *not* be fixed by them, and told me how to do it myself. The second time, an undermount kitchen sink *fell out* of the countertop. They showed up same day and had my sink back in order. Both times the fee was totally fair.
