We had Mohammad come out for a bed bug inspection, and the service was outstanding. He arrived within 2 hours of our phone call, which was incredibly appreciated. He was professional, punctual, and extremely thorough throughout the inspection. He carefully examined the bed, mattress, bed frame, and surrounding areas, explained what he was checking for, and answered all of our questions clearly.
