“I cannot thank the team at Rexdale Animal Hospital enough for their immense compassion during one of our hardest moments. We recently had to say goodbye to our beloved 16-year-old cat, who was truly our pet child and our cat Frisky was strong until the end... He played and ate and was happy. We called another clinic nearby to ask to for help and they would not take him until 4 days later!
The staff at Rexdale Animal Hospital handled the entire process with the utmost kindness and sensitivity. Having visited other clinics in the area, we’ve noticed a sad trend where clinics get bought out by corporate agencies, the quality of care drops, and the facilities become dirty and neglected. Rexdale Animal Hospital is a wonderful exception. The clinic was incredibly clean, peaceful, and clearly maintains a high standard of care. Thank you to the wonderful team for making a heartbreaking day just a little bit easier. We miss Frisky so much. He was the guardian of our home.”
