They provided a detailed quote with photos of the work to be done. They were flexible on the scheduling, on time to do the job, and the crew was careful, respectful of us and our property, polite, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They trimmed the trees according to both arborist's guidelines and city regulations. Archie was also kind enough to come by and pick up the cheque (no, I don't do everything electronically and I don't have a car).
