“I would like to Thank the Dr. Carpet team, David & Matt, for the excellent job they did in our apartment. We have a 3 bedroom apartment with all 3 being carpeted along with the living room. We also had them do our large sectional and king-sized headboard. The pricing is great and more than fair. The most impressive is their service, integrity and honesty. 1 day after they left a noticed a few of the most difficult spots dealt with resurfaced ever so slightly. I called and informed them along with pictures that I had taken so they could see. This was dealt with swiftly and a time was booked for them to come back and re-treat those tougher stains which are now gone.
