I started using IS clinical products about 3 months ago and I love them! I was leaving to go out of town for a month and wanted to make sure I had plenty of product and wouldn’t run out while I was gone. My usual place I got them was closed so I was calling around trying to find someone else that sold them. Kathy was the third person I called. Luckily she had them but she had already left her shop for the day. She turned around and drove back 15 minutes to sell me the products and even hooked me up with some free samples. So kind!!

Kara has been doing my hair for a few years now and there’s no place I go people don’t ask me where I get my hair done! My hair’s been blonde for years and looks healthy and full- without extensions!- When I go home to Brasil people get amazed how pretty my blonde is. The salon has such great ambience, the music is cool, the snacks and drinks are on point and all the girls working there are great, my favorite duo is Kara and Miranda of course! Don’t think twice before trying La di La! They have a coffee bar btw!! Look for Kara, but don’t overbook her!

5 Stars I made an appointment with Jeromy and asked for a zero fade that went below my bald spot. From the moment I walked in, the shop had a chill, comfortable vibe that made a great first impression. I had been going to Great Clips for a long time and usually left disappointed with uneven fades and that rushed assembly line feeling mixed with forced small talk. Jeromy made me feel completely at ease, like I was finally in the right place. He took his time, got the fade perfect, and made sure everything looked clean and balanced. I walked out feeling good about my haircut and plan on coming back. It's nice finally finding a place in Reno where the barbers care about their work and the vibe matches the quality.

Just visited the new Derby Barbershop for the first time, and I'm beyond impressed. The whole space gives off an incredible Italian vibe -- stylish, classy, and full of character. They serve coffee and drinks, which makes it feel more like relaxing in a lounge than just getting a haircut. The bar and lounge area are separate from the barber stations, and every detail feels intentional and high-quality. You can tell they've poured real pride and passion into creating something special here. Vinnie, his wife, and the entire team are genuine, kind, and clearly love what they do. What an amazing experience at Cee The Barber! Not a cut, a whole experience! Super attentive and knowledgeable. Checked in multiple times during the cut to make sure it was good. Had such a relaxing hot towel over me at the end with a massage that had me dozing off. Cee did a thorough job on my cut and was just an overall cool, chill expert!

Aj is the man i recently moved to reno and finding someone to cut my hair has been the hardest part. Everyone makes you book a month out. Not Aj he gets you in quick and his attention to detail is unreal. Just left the place and Aj has me feeling like a movie star. If you need to get your haircut in reno you gotta go see Aj at DD barbers he'll get you right.

Amazing Tan! I’ve had the best experience with Erica and her tans. I had her do my wedding tan and it turned out absolutely gorgeous and lasted the entire day plus days after. The tan is so even and she takes the time to make sure that she gets every little crevice so nothing is left untouched. Highly recommend!
Beth did an INCREDIBLE job on my spray tan prior to my recent wedding! I am completely new to sunless tanning - and Beth was informative, communicative, and flexible. I was a bit late to our appointment due to running around town for various wedding errands - and despite this, Beth took great care to walk me through the process and ensure that I achieved the look I was going for.
My bronze looked so natural and beautiful that on the day of my wedding, my makeup artist had no idea that I had even had a spray tan - she said she had no idea... and can otherwise ALWAYS tell. She said it was the very first time that had ever happened... and she does a lot of wedding makeup.

I love this place! The mother-daughter team running Element is very helpful. They know their business well. They've helped me when selecting which beds, lotions, and packages to choose based on my needs and preferences. I'm a consultant for customer experience, and I have to say, these ladies think of everything. The facilities are clean, and there are always fresh wipes, goggles, towels, candies, and body spray to clean up after your tan. They have a great selection of lotions and samples. They are reasonably priced & often run specials.
There's even a cute little bulldog sunning herself in the window most days. It's definitely my top choice for tanning!
My first ever tan was a breeze with Brandy. She was super polite and professional. She was quick and the coverage is amazing, I feel there’s more evenness to my skin tone. There was nothing heavy about the way the spray feels, nor did it smell strong. And she’s great at explaining aftercare, to best keep the color until your next appointment.
Very busy time to go, but great experience overall. The girls were there to greet and got me into a sun bed right away. Bought some of the Tekton tan extender lotion that’s on promo!

I have been a client of Creative Nails for several years now and I have never known a nail technician as skilled as Lisa is. She is a one woman shop so she stays pretty busy and yet I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appt. I used to go there just for pedicures and now I go for manicures & polish as well. She utilizes her time wisely and she is fast because she knows her craft so well. She is very meticulous and always does a beautiful job. She offers a wide range of services and her prices are very fair. It's always so nice to go there since it's just you and her and you're not having to absorb a cacophony of other people's conversations. Go there! You won't be disappointed. Even my husband has enjoyed her pedicures!

My appt was booked with Ms. Shirley Love. I had no confidence with this appt, knowing it would be the same outcome as all the others I had been to in Reno. Boy was I wrong. Shirley Love got my color to platinum blond like I wanted (all other salons told me we can get there but not today) and she did it in one appt. I have been going to Darci for a few months now and wow, I can see such an improvement in my skin! I visit her 1x per month for her Hydrfacial. She is so friendly and personable and makes it such a pleasant experience. I also appreciate that she will go in and do some additional face extractions if necessary (spoiler- it always is)! After I leave I always can tell the inflammation has gone down on my face, redness decreased, and hydration way up! I have also gone to Darci for waxing on my face, light treatments for my face, and we have also talked about her new killer eye treatment! She also offers $10 off for new clients.

I've brought our kids here before to visit my husband while he was getting a tattoo. The entire shop is so kind. I've had several tattoos done at this shop and so has my roommate and we wouldn't want to go anywhere else in town. The amount of artists they have in the shop just gives you so many options everyone I've worked with has been fantastic, Jake, Jordan and Angel are all amazing artists and I can't wait to book with everyone else someday. My last tattoo was done by Angel and it is fantastic. Booking was super easy and he has great communication so I wasn't left in the air or confused at any point. Our consultation was easy to set up and I came with an idea and he was open and excited, took the base idea I had and made the final design more amazing than I could have imagined it. And he has such a light hand it barely hurt. I mean it still hurts it's a tattoo but still not as much as it could have for sure. Prices of all the artists are not bad especially when you consider the quality of the work there. The shop is clean and the indoor plants are such a good vibe. I won't ever go anywhere else.

I have been here about three times now and love every tattoo I have gotten! So far, most of my tattoos have been done by Delaney (Teaspoons) and look amazing. Delaney provided quality care and ensured I got what I asked for. Most of my tattoos from her have been from her flash sheet so they were all pre drawn up and quick to apply. I got one custom tattoo from her which is the Koala tattoo I attached in the photos. She sent me different drawings and to see what exactly I was looking for. We agreed on a final drawing and she applied it beautifully! (One of my favorite tattoos!) She also makes sure I am doing well and stops when I need a break. Would recommend 10/10 The other artist in the shop are also friendly to walk ins and clients being serviced. Creates a welcoming atmosphere!

Arts Plumbing has been our go to for over a decade. There's no one else we would trust with our plumbing needs, not only to get the job done right, but to be honest with us as far as what actually needs to be done. I had an old sewer line that needed to be rooted and eventually replaced. I called three companies within a span of a few weeks to clean out the roots. AJ told me that for some reason the other companies had not fully cleaned out the line, which is what I had already suspected based on the camera footage of the line the other companies showed me and the fact that the sewer kept backing up. However, the old line was ceramic pipe from the 40s and def needed to be replaced. All three companies gave me quotes to replace the line, and Rooter Bee’s was definitely the best value. They were very efficient and trustworthy. I was impressed by the quality of their work and professionalism. I highly recommend their plumbing services!

Peter Young was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I hired this company for maintenance on my tankless water heater and he went above and beyond. He thoroughly flushed the heat exchanger with distilled white vinegar and discovered that the internal recirculation pump had never been turned on and the altitude settings were left at sea level. This explained why my water was taking so long to heat up.
Since this was a new construction build and these corrections may have saved me several thousands of dollars down the road. I strongly encourage anyone with a tankless water heater to use their service. I’ll definitely be calling them again for maintenance next year. Thank you!

Our ice maker quit producing ice cubes and a repair man came out the next day and diagnosed the problem and returned the following day with a replacement part. She suggested an absolutely gorgeous wall tile for my new modern fireplace and it is stunning. Delfino worked his magic again, and whitewashed my maple floors for a well needed modern update. He works with his son Delfino Jr, and Antonio. Both young men did an excellent job and were very curteous. Mario is the tile setter extraordinaire - he can figure it all out, even all the curves and corners in my house. The walled tile fireplace is a masterpiece. Fredy added a granite counter top to match my existing counters and it looks fabulous. This wonderful company is a local gem and they made me feel as is my little house was very important to them. All the employees are long term employees and take pride in their work. Good job Ceasar! I couldn't be happier.

We called Floorcraft to come out and give us a quote. Dimitri came to do the quote and offered us several options, including oil—or water-based finishes. We originally thought we would go with oil-based finishes; however, after seeing the results of water-based finishes and their strength as well as looks, we decided on water-based, which turned out to be a shorter process. They also offered a quick drying option with a blue light that helped us get into our home sooner after the work was done! Fabulous!
They scheduled our refinishing process, and the man who came to do the job was pleasant and courteous. The quote was competitive, and they skipped no steps to make our floors beautiful! I highly recommend them to anyone hoping to refinish their floors or install new ones! We originally thought it would go with oil-based finishes, but after seeing the results in water-based finishes in terms of their strength as well as looks, we decided on water-based. Gorgeous!

Teak & Hardwood Floors delivered outstanding results. The new install and refinishing work were flawless. They seamlessly matched new flooring with existing surfaces, and the finish work exceeded expectations. Every cut, every board, every detail shows care and skill - especially around fireplaces with jagged granite edges up against the floor. These guys are pros.

From start to finish, communication was excellent. Jeff was responsive, patient, and always available to answer questions and guide us through options. Jeff is very very knowledgeable and knows every technical aspect of flooring, materials and installation tradeoffs. He took the time to explain all tradeoffs in detail along the way. Scheduling and communication was excellent and actually pro-active, something rarely seen in the building trades.
Sourcing
Teak has excellent capability of sourcing wood at high quality and reasonable price and Teak worked diligently on availability, including on additions to job scope.
Value of Work
The estimate was fair, thorough, and accurate. Change orders were estimated accurately for the most part. While they may not be the cheapest option, the quality of the work and the peace of mind of knowing it’s done right.
Professionalism
Every person we interacted with was polite, reliable, and highly professional. Jeff’s leadership is evident, and both foremen deserve special recognition: Reuben, who led the refinishing, showed meticulous attention to detail, and Alejandro, who oversaw the new installation, ran his crew with skill and efficiency with very high quality. Both deserve 5 stars, plus more, for their outstanding work and professionalism.
I worked with Sergey, Ivan and Dennis on a flooring project remotely. They all have great knowledge about the material and installation. It took some convincing from them for me to make the choice of Laminate with 180 hours water resistance vs PVC. They are on schedule as we planned. Very happy with the result.

After talking to several companies and getting several estimates to have my floors refinished, I chose Santos because he had a fair estimate and was an easy person to talk to. I planned to have him do the floors while I was out of town so it was important that I had all my questions answered before I left. Mine is an older house and had a hole covered with plywood in the hallway that used to be the cold air return. Santos not only refreshed my floors but wove in wood to cover the cold air return in such a way that no one would ever realize it hadn't been part of the original floor. I am so pleased with the work he and his crew did. My house looks so much better, and it was wonderful coming home from my trip to find it completely done. Thank you so much Santos. I will recommend you to anyone who asks!!

Floors R Us is a great place to go for any flooring needs. Martin redid my bathroom flooring including tearing out the old, putting in new subfloor and installing new linoleum. Even put in my new toilet. It looks wonderful and was a great price! Very pleased! Rosy very helpful too in setting everything up.
Anthony and his team did a fantastic job with the epoxy on our garage floor. It’s something I’ve always wanted done and it looks better than I hoped. Anthony was extremely professional and answered all the questions I had. I would highly recommend him and his team.

I had Gilliam Construction recess my subfloor in the bathroom as well as handle all the plumbing, vanity, and electrical work. The result was stunning.
They even spent extra time, making sure the inside cabinets were cut neatly to fit the new drain requirements to code.

We hired Dreammaker for a kitchen renovation and bathroom countertop replacement project. They were great to work with and professional. When any inevitable issues arose, Dreammaker handled everything and held contractors accountable and took full responsibility to ensure high quality. We contacted Bridges Construction to do our kitchen remodel. To say that we are satisfied is an understatement. This group of people were absolutely amazing. They brought our vision to life. I got multiple different quotes from different contractors. With them giving us astronomically high quotes and saying we’d be out of our kitchen for 4-6 months. Steve worked with our budget and finished our full remodel, including the removal of walls, in 5 weeks! These guys don’t mess around. From Steve doing all of our plans, to Chris helping with design and finishing touches, to Kyle the master of literally everything. Not just them either, their workers all were amazing and polite. Such hard workers and truly made that 5 weeks as easy as they could possibly be. We trust them with anything in our home or family and friends homes. We could not be any happier.
Cory from Linear Star was on site every day. He coordinated all the subs & took care of any issues we had. He prevented a major problem by proactively contacting the plumber. He was available 24/7 by phone & answered every question I had before and during our bathroom remodel. I never had to make the "where are you guys? When are you going to be here?" calls on my own. These guys are amazing! I called because we have huge black wasps. Amy was very helpful and scheduled an appointment. Caleb was a little early which I was ok with. He sprayed my big oak tree and my bricks in the back because there were wasps in the bricks. We have not seen any wasps but he only did it a couple of days ago. I would definitely recommend these guys. Their price is so reasonable.
I use the fellas for all of our rentals, our dealerships and our own homes and these guys are the real deal. You name it they do it and they are competitive and always show up on time and are clean. I don't have issues at my house a few years ago I found some nasty bugs in my yard, freaked out and called them and those bugs were only there a night or maybe two after I got back from work but they left on their own. However I used the service anyway. I signed up again just as a precaution this time. The quarterly service will give
piece of mind if nothing else. They inspected the property and found no reason for concern. Every other year or so I like to have the place treated just in case and if they see something I don't they will let me know.

We have been patients of Dr Choi for many years. Always very caring and the staff is great. The dental work has been very good all these years with only one issue: my husband still has a sensitive tooth that the doctor worked on and needs to be addressed. We miss the parafin hand treatment and warm neck pillow. I hope they bring it back. Those small services make a patient feel important and helps them to relax.

Started seeing Dr. Levy a few months ago for shoulder and back pain. My pain has drastically reduced since seeing him. He uses a variety of treatment methods and makes sure you get value out of each visit. Not just a quick adjustment and I'll see you a few days later like some Chiros out there. I would highly recommend it.
Chris is phenomenal. He is extremely talented in helping your body get the relief it needs. He is very good at communicating with you to figure out what you’re feeling and then moving you to pin point the issue.
There needs to be a new word for what Dr. Brittni is. Yes, she's a chiropractor, but seemingly with the miraculous mixed in. I've come in to see her with various odd complaints, and she always fixed them. One time she saved me so much pain. I was in Italy, and messed up my back somehow. I asked her about it in an email and she answered and told me what to do to fix it. It worked immediately. Thank God for Dr. Brittni.

I am so happy to have booked with him after talking to multiple different local offices. he made me feel so comfortable on the phone I didn’t even care to ask how much my first visit would be because I could tell right away he had a reasonable practice:) No crazy treatment plans no bs. His office is very clean and has a welcoming atmosphere, lots of places to sit, etc. His care is affordable and his treatment is painless. He adjusts you accordingly and has you get up/walk around before you leave to make sure you are pain free and don’t need anymore adjusting. 10/10 recommend, will definitely be back for maintenance visits.☺️

I'm bummed Senior Care Plus, my insurer, is dropping this place. The level of care is extraordinary and all done with empathy and support. Dr. Hovenic, MOHS surgeon, is a wonderful and hugely competent medical professional. She is surrounded by an exceptional staff. I had a great tan for 40 years and now I'm paying the price. Skin Cancer & Dermatology Institute has treated me so well that a couple MOHS surgeries were so much easier than anticipated. Senior Care Plus, a great Medicare Advantage provider, is making a mistake.
I want to simply say that my wife and I LOVE Dr. Manno. When she had to change health care providers we changed also! I could go on and on but I think you get the picture. When you find a great Dr. you have to do whatever to stay with that Dr.

I saw Chelsea Woods for my exam. She was very pleasant, kind, and welcomed me back. She did the exam all over my body only finding a few small places on my face. She needed to freeze them so explained what to expect with noise and possible discomfort. She was very gentle and quick! She is a lovely Practitioner to work with. I will be far less apprehensive in returning.

I recently brought my 11-year-old dog, Worf, to Southwest Veterinary Hospital for surgery, and while it was an emotional and difficult experience, the staff made it much easier to navigate. They were incredibly kind, patient, and informative. The team took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, the staff involved, and what to expect afterward.

They were very transparent about the financial aspects, clearly explaining necessary procedures, optional treatments, and the potential long-term implications of different choices. Despite the high costs, I never felt pressured. They truly helped me make rational decisions during a highly emotional time.
The care they provided was all-encompassing—not just for Worf but for me as well. They genuinely considered my needs as a pet owner while ensuring my dog received the best possible treatment. Dr. Green assisted our family with saying goodbye to our beloved dog. It was peacefully done at home, where our dog was comfortable, and we were too. It is a difficult experience to loose a pet but Dr. Green was good at explaining the process, allowing us time to grieve and say goodbye. She made it easier, and at a time like that, that is all you can ask. Thank you, Dr. Green.
I really will recommend Aspen Animal Wellness because Dr. Indart and allow staff there are very wonderful to the owners and their patients and they give the patients treats in the examine room and they don’t rush everything and explain everything to the owners so you can understand what’s going on with your pets! The vets and the vet techs showed a definite interest in my puppies and would even get down to their level to show them it was safe. 10/10 would recommend.
A variety of tests did not give us the best news ever, but Dr. Roberts was both professional and personable in delivering it. She presented all the facts and options without pressuring or guilting. When asked what she would do for her pet in this situation she was honest and ultimately supportive of my decision for comfort care.
The front desk staff were also empathetic to the situation, but I really have to say that, based on previous experiences with the medical staff here, these five stars are for Dr. Roberts more than the clinic itself.
So if you’re reading this, thank you so much for helping us figure out the situation, determining a plan for the days left, and for sharing some tears and a hug with us. Koala and I are beyond grateful.

Visited to establish care for our dog and had a great appointment. The office was very clean and welcoming, and the staff was very friendly. We received great care and are grateful to find an awesome practice to take our furry family member to.
We take all of our animals to Peavine. One of our shepherds is a rescue and is very timid, and skittish. All of the vets give her plenty of time to be comfortable and relax. They're all patient and take great care of them. Its the only place we take our animals!
It is such a blessing to have an animal ophthalmologist in Reno! We have been taking our German shepherd here for several years now, and we would like to thank Dr. Steele and her staff for taking such excellent care of our girl, Lily!!
I started taking my pup here several years ago when I first moved to the area. Dr Schmitt has always been very thorough, caring, and patient with us and our furbabies. He's knowledgeable and is great at explaining things to us. The rest of the staff are so friendly and make us feel like family. I highly recommend South Reno Veterinary Hospital, and would continue using them even if it meant driving way across town.

Got there early, a little freaked out about the kitty. Had a crying fit trying to get him in. It was me just very worried. I called everyone. No one would help my poor kitty. So I was on edge. Anyway:?? Courtney helped get us into a room. What a relief. Then Shakira ( Docs Asst ) came in right away and talked very extensively about Kenya. Then Doctor Rishwan came in. He’s very thorough and explained everything. We worked a plan and they were all amazing. Rob, the office manager was also so helpful. My kitty is resting and already feels much better. We go back in two weeks.

This is my first time needing to board all my dogs. I am currently switching between having sold my home and purchasing my new home and am very sadly and desperately needing lengthy boarding for my "furry pack" I Found Fredies solely by searching internet and trusting reviews. I unfortunately, unexpectedly, found myself dropping at almost closing time and Dhonna did not hesitate to patiently get us through the paperwork and check in procedures. (I was not aware what was needed, but she was a champ!) She even gave me an entire tour of the place, including where the birds are! Dhonna and all her staff have not disappointed. They continue to be so very kind, considerate and exceptionally understanding and accommodating of my emotionally sad situation. (I am always balling my eyes out every time I go to visit and play with my babies) Dhonna intermittently sends videos or pics of my babies playing. We have excellent text and phone call communications when ever any need arises (even when she was out of the country on vacation, she was still in communication with me!). She checks in with me when needed to ask permission to groom them whenever she sees the need, and boy oh boy, did my super fluffy overgrown pomeranian need help!!! She did an excellent job!!! plus she also updated a couple vaccines that were missing on some of them. The most important part I am so very happy with is that every time I have popped in to see my babies, they have always been very happy, playful. They truly seem interactive and attached with all the staff members. I watch My babies always behave and excitedly "come when called" and "without leashes" follow all the staff everywhere they are told to, when its time to be ushered back to their own kennels. This is such a very sad time for me but I can rest so much easier knowing my babies are in such a great place and being so very well taken care of. I will never take my pets anywhere else.

Tonight I went to my first yoga class ever and I loved it! I went to Restore with Jessica C. and she killed it. The people in the class were super inviting and helpful, and Jessica provided a tranquil atmosphere. 100% recommend!
What an amazing little gem in Reno! I dropped in a beginner's arial silk class and I am so glad I did. It was all ages and all abilities, and so much fun. The instructor was so nice and very encouraging, and I found myself doing things I didn't think were possible! 10/10 will definitely be exploring all of their other classes as well!

I started at Purely Pilates after my 2nd hip surgery in 3 months at the advice of my PT. I absolutely LOVE the staff and the feeling I get when I exercise using the reformer and knowing I'm building muscle and taking better care of my body.
The studio has an amazing vibe and is stunning with beautiful lighting. Instruction is clear and easy to follow with great demonstration. All fitness levels can find a class that works for them! As someone who frequently does Pilates of all types, I found the class challenging, but able to modify when needed. Highly recommend to those new to or familiar with Pilates.
I have a very complex spine that gives me severe chronic pain & I was told I need to have my spine fused from T5 (mid- shoulder blades) to the tailbone. I’m avoiding surgery & found Tom who helped work the very tight muscles of my entire spine. He also found other areas on my body that needed work. I know Tom worked very hard to give me relief. He was very thorough by using cupping & hot stones. He also worked my arthritis on both of my thumbs always checking to make the pressure was right. I came in with pain & walked out pain-free that lasted a couple of hours. I highly recommend Tom! I will definitely be back! Thank you Tom!

If you’re looking for a great Deep Tissue Massage schedule with Spencer. He is amazing. Really deep massage gets all the aches and pains out. I’ve been getting massages for about 20 years and his skill level is off the charts and he’s just getting started. So book and appointment now, before the word gets out Han he’s all booked up.
I booked a deep tissue massage for my boyfriend for his birthday and he absolutely loved it. I think she might've given the ashiatsu massage bc she walked in his back (unless that's offered in the deep tissue as well). Anyway, he loved it and fell asleep a couple times. He was so relaxed and said she got into his shoulder blades where he has some problematic spots.

Meaghan at Connective Touch Therapeutic Massage was amazing. Hands down the best deep tissue massage I've ever had. I've been to a few spas in Reno but she blew them out of the park. She's has a great personality and a she's an amazing masseuse. VERY good pricing and can't wait for my next visit.

After realizing that my body pains are a little more extreme than what a typical massage therapist is trained on, I heard about medical massage from a friend and found this place. I started with three trouble spots: my ankle, one of my top ribs, and left neck pain. I have been working with Morgan the whole time, and she has really impressed me! I can feel an improvement in the flexibility and decreased pressure in my ankle. I feel greater and longer lasting relief in my neck, and my rib area has become looser so that I can pop it back into place quicker now. I appreciate our quiet appointments with relaxing music, but she will always point something out about your injury if she notices, as well as answer any question and give advice on how to continue to feel better at home.
On top of all of that, I came in with a recent diagnosis of Hashimoto's (lower body pains) and sciatica (severe lower back pain), and she somehow knew what to target and made all of that better! I cannot believe that someone so young could be so knowledgeable, professional, and talented. I attribute her to getting me the ability to function through my extended wedding, honeymoon, and the holidays. Thank you for all you do!

I've been going to Tammi for about 8 years. She is fabulous! My mother in law has used her even longer and swears by her too. She is around 80 and getting along great. Tammi is great at suggesting healthy changes, stretching, etc. To keep the body feeling good between visits.

Katania is amazing! I have Ulcerative Colitis and was flaring. My GI wanted to put me on medication that has really bad side effects. I spoke with Kat and she recommended a natural treatment plan. I’m no longer flared and my doctor said I don’t need to come back because my inflammation is gone!
Nick is amazing. I'm a runner and had plantar fasciitis. It sucked and Nick basically fixed me. I never believed in acupuncture prior to seeing him, but I thought I'd give it a shot. He truly heals the entire injury, whatever it takes. He taught me how to strategically use athletic tape AND provided so much advice regarding stretching & recovery. For $60 for one appointment, this was more valuable than a $150 physical therapy visit. I love Nick and have nothing but good things to say about him! He truly cares about the patient and treats you like family.
Dr Melissa Wilson is wonderful. Her acupuncture has opened up my sinuses even with my allergies to our dog. Acupuncture also helps keep my digestion in line and helps keep me balanced. The cupping for my back also relieves tension and bringing new blood for my non-circulating vessels around my shoulder blades. This is an area where I’ve always held my stress. I highly recommend her! She may not be taking new clients without referral but let her know I’ve suggested you see her! Over a short time I believe you’ll see a difference like I have. My mom years ago was cured by acupuncture for her brain injury over 6 months. Best wishes!!
Joey and his associates are amazing. I've been dealing with vertigo and tinnitus for about a year now. After two sessions and some Chinese herbs the vertigo is gone and the tinnitus as well. I have been coming to see Dr McKenney off and on for over 15 years. My first visit was for excruciating pain in my shoulder which she diagnosed as bursitis. I could not lift my arm without pain. Within that first visit I was able to lift my hand over my head with virtually no pain. My gratitude was immense as was my admiration for her diagnostic ability and skill in coming up with a remedy. I have since been to see her numerous times for chronic sciatic pain for which she adeptly provided relief. I have recommended her to family, friends and clients for anything from pain to incontinence and always resulting in a sincere thank you for the reference and glowing reports regarding her care. I highly recommend Dr McKenney as she is extremely competent and caring, with years of experience and the expertise needed in times of physical and or health crisis.

Great experience overall. Super flexible program, with a self paced learning environment. Patty, Randy, Michelle, and Pete are always willing to help you get prepared for your license test. Unlike other schools, you’re not required to attend every day, and with early morning and weekend hours available, you can get your CDL while you’re working full time. Patty went above and beyond the call of duty to get me scheduled for a retest right away after failing a portion of the skills test. The icing on the cake is the best pricing in the area, as well as being 100% local family owned. I’ve already referred a few people, and will refer anyone else that asks about CDL school in the Reno area.
