I absolutely love Jess! A few years ago, when I got my very first Brazilian wax, I was extremely nervous. Jess explained the process, would ask how I was doing, if the wax was too hot, and even asked if I needed a break. Never once did she make me feel embarrassed or bad. She engages with you and makes you feel comfortable. Even now, she still takes good care of me. Her room is also clean, sanitary, and she takes the appropriate measures to ensure the safety of the client and herself.
