We had an emergency situation with waste backing up into our shower. They were able to give us same day service. Chaz, was very professional and went out of his way to solve a difficult problem.
I have to say this Company is spectacular. Greg is the best tech. He answered any questions I had, and I ask a lot cause I love to learn. He is professional, courteous and had the job finished efficiently. This is the second time he's been out and I couldn't recommend him more.
We called for a repair to our water heater and Tyler came out and fixed it promptly. Tyler did a great job and charged a fair price as well. Because of Tyler's efforts I will be using Ira Hansen and Sons for all my plumbing needs! Thanks so much Tyler!!
