They showed their own integrity. 5 years after they did our renovation the fan on our new hvac they installed went out. Our heater maintenance guy said it should be under warranty but the manufacturer wasn’t paying for it. I called Neil. He got involved and the fan was replaced. Parts and labor no cost ! And he remembered our project. That is integrity.

I've been dealing with shoulder issues for fourteen months. I've tried managing the issues with other PT, massage, and chiropractic care. I absolutely love how Yvonne did not braid too tight. She was very considerate of my tender scalp and checked to make sure I was comfortable while she braided. I have short hair, and she and the lovely ladies who assisted still manged to grip without it being too tight. My box braids turned out beautifully. This is by far the best braider in the area. Zee runs a 5 star business! I found her online and got braids right before the new year and they still look fantastic and they were never too tight! I went for one style but changed my mind at the last minute and got singles and my braids are neat and are lasting with no frizz and I have natural hair. She uses quality hair and is a great braider. Zee was ready for my appointment when I arrived. She is a "no nonsense" professional, she was nice and personable but didn't waste time talking or answering her phone or doing anything but my hair and I appreciate that she respected my time and money. I know i will be back for another style without a doubt.i am getting so many compliments on my hair.

I’ve been going to these guys for years but somehow never thought to actually write a review. Misty and Meg have always taken good care of me. Most recently, they were incredibly gracious in getting me in last minute for a haircut before my dad’s memorial service. Much thanks to Charles for treating me so kindly and taking a bit of the load off my mind in this trying time with a great cut and good conversation about our mutual passion — bass guitars!
I'm late posting this. Brought my son here a few weeks ago. He lived the experience so much. This will be the only place he gets his hair cut from in Decatur/ATL area moving forward. Very personable, professional. Really good line up. Didn't go up higher on one side like a lot of other barbers tend to do. Took his time and provided quality service. Definitely recommend!!

This place was wonderful! I usually go to another place right up the street cause it was the only one that was close by that I knew of. But I was always disappointed when I went to the other place. I’m someone that loves just a basic mani/pedi and some places don’t do their best work unless they’re doing acrylic or other things like that, but this place really did a wonderful job. The price point is very fair for what you get. For example I got the signature mani/pedi and it was so relaxing. They also got it done in less than an hour. The experience overall was really wonderful. Thank y'all so much !
I came here for the first time a week & a half ago & I’m soo impressed w how my nails have held up! Smokey did my acrylics & the shaping & attention to detail is amazing. You will have to wait because they only have two nail techs right now but it’s so worth it bc of how nice & talented the nail techs are. 10/10

Staff is friendly and the mani/pedi and brow waxing I got were good, although the technician seemed to be in a big rush. They seem to be understaffed. The wait can be quite long when there are only three people servicing clients on a Friday! I do not like my manicure being done while I'm sitting in the pedicure chair. I am more interested in getting my cuticles trimmed, and it's hard to do a good job in that position. All of the nail shops do this now, so I plan to book my manicure at a different time. Of all the nail shops in this Wesley Chapel/Flat Shoals Parkway area, they are the best in my opinion. If you're not a regular at other shops, seems like I got a technician who seems inexperienced and can't speak any English.
Professional & amazing work. I get the gel manicure and pedicure every time I go. I live having a nail specialist that is consistent with my nails. I also enjoy the natural and therapeutic options they offer.

What a pleasant surprise! I was running errands and decided I really wanted to get a mani and pedi. I was headed to Publix and unknowingly stepped in just before close. They graciously said it was fine. The lady who did my nails was adept, and I was very pleased. This is only my 2nd nail experience since Covid. If you’ve struggled with acne for a long time and feel like you’ve tried everything, please give this place a try!! Unlike every dermatologist I’ve been to where you’re given two options- accutane or birth control, I felt the specialists here actually listened to my struggles and were able to help me target my root issues. Shout out to Lexi for making me feel heard, caring about my skin like it was her own, and treating me with so much care and dedication to helping me get my skin clear. She really emphasized the importance of diet when it comes to healing acne in combination with the skin care products they prescribe which I especially loved. Needed a whole new water main after the freeze we had recently. It wasn't just the leak that caused the replacement, but very old lines that were probably done in the 60s. Who knows...the house was built in 1940 and the line was rusted out. Great communication, and very professional. Scott only uses copper pipes so top quality, too. Plus his price was more than fair. I had what I thought was a plumbing issue because of a weird smell, so Ian came over to scope it out. I was able to snag an appointment next day, which I was relieved by, and the minute he walked in and assessed what was going on, he explained that he didn't think the smell was a plumbing issue. He checked the toilet and sink from where I thought the smell was originating, but then suggested we check the crawl space, where I found a massive dead possum - clearly the actual root of my problem. Ian was so helpful despite my problem not even being a plumbing problem at the end of the day! I love M Cary and Daughters and am grateful for their help in all facets of home ownership. Every time I've called in, they've been warm and gotten me an appointment in record time, what more could you ask for?

I don’t think I have walked into our home and felt it this clean since we first moved in. We hired Intown Craftsmen to put an addition on our house and adding an addition to a house that is over 100 years old is not an easy task. The addition involved every aspect of construction, plumbing, HVAC, building above the garage and redoing the roof, etc. Upon our first meeting with Russ and telling him what we wanted, he was genuinely excited to do the job. They did the job so well that you really can’t tell it is not part of the original house. You can tell they take pride in their work. I would hire them again without a second thought!!

I had J & J crew at my house this week to have several trees removed and three trees lower limbs removed. I am very pleased with the results and the price I paid was very reasonable considering how difficult some of the trees weren’t easy to get to and they had to work with a very large dead tree in a small backyard. I recommend them and would use them again
We recently switched our children to Dr. Eaton's practice as it is much closer to our house than our previous pediatric dentist. I was impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the staff and Dr. Eaton. Dr. Eaton talked me through each of my children's dental health without making me feel any mom-guilt for not personally brushing and flossing my children's teeth every night. Win! My kids were in and out in an hour, and it was easy to schedule follow-up appointments for a few cavities.

Wow - after really struggling to find a good pediatric dental office, I am so grateful we landed with Dr. Camp! She was so nurturing in how she spoke with my 3-year-old son and was very attentive. This was his first time at the dentist, and you can tell she cares about her little patients. I also appreciated how she would shift her communication toward me to brief me on all the dental info I needed to know as a parent. The office is so cute, and I appreciate all the staff. I'm very thrilled we get to visit this place every 6 months! My son is very pleased too. He had a great time and was excited to tell his friends at school all about the dentist.

Dr Castanet is a consummate medical professional who can diagnose your back trouble quickly and then fix it. After hearing glowing recommendations, I went to him with a herniated disc and severe pain, pain so debilitating that it was a struggle to swing my legs out of bed in the morning. After just 3 weeks of therapy, he had me back to 90%. Don't waste your time googling for other providers, just see him. Your back will thank you!
I only have a few visits left, but I'm going to use my insurance to continue my visits. My 2 receptionist, the manager, and I can't leave out Dr Justin. They are excellent and I would recommend any and everybody if you need any adjustments, go to them.

I am beyond grateful for Heron's Crossing and Doctor James. On Monday my sweet kitty Bella Bean after 20 years of snuggles and love took a turn for the worse and we had to say goodbye. It was such a hard decision but God let me know it was time for her to join him in Heaven. After calling several at home services with no luck at 3:00 in the afternoon, the angels at Heron's Crossing said Dr. James would drive all the way from Decatur to Alpharetta in traffic to help us say goodbye. He was so kind, caring, and patient giving us as much time as we needed with our sweet baby. We are so grateful to have loved Bella Bean for 20 years and so grateful that Dr. James allowed her to cross the Rainbow Bridge at home in her bed with her family surrounding her with love.

The staff here is simply exceptional. Dr. Bell goes above and beyond for our two pups, who in recent years have had an endless array of issues, from allergies to needing preventative surgery to remove a scary lump that was looking suspicious. Dr. Bell gave us every option imaginable and our surgery was made affordable because of an expert she works with. All our fears are always addressed (and thoroughly!), and I just can't express my gratitude enough for their level of care. Vets work exceptionally difficult jobs that can result in compassion fatigue, and my heart goes out to this hardworking crew. I've heard horror stories of how people treat vets sometimes, so I sincerely hope this staff is approached with the same level of care they give our little family members. They're kind, incredible, and compassionate, and they want the best for your pets because they're so obviously animal lovers. Highly recommend!

I can't thank Rebecca enough for her gentle and grounding maternity yoga classes. I took several series with her at Vista Yoga and loved them. They really helped with my pregnancy and she was also mindful to take note of my hip problems and advise adjustments. I enjoyed the class so much that I did a few massage sessions as well. I absolutely LOVED Scott’s technique! He has a very welcoming, caring touch, that made me feel comfortable and safe allowing for my body to release some troubling areas. I also love the fact that you are fully clothed and have no need to waste time getting dressed or undressed so I got my full session time. OMGoodness! Sam was absolutely astounding! I have been suffering tension headaches for 3 weeks. I decided to get a massage. I found Massage Harmony which is a private practice (never been to one). I told him what was going on with me and he went to work! I have never in my life of getting massages experienced the remarkable massage I had last evening and I praise God for Sam’s gifted magnificent hands as today is the first day I have NO pain! I had my first Esalen massage with Andy last week and it was wonderful. He was very clear in explaining the massage technique beforehand and gave me the history of Esalen massage (how and when it started) which was extremely interesting. I have heard about Esalen over the years and have always dreamed of going to the Esalen Institute Spa in Big Sur, California but have never had the opportunity so I felt so fortunate to find an Esalen trained practioner here in Atlanta! The techniques is different from other massage techniques as the strokes are long and fluid. There are gentle rocking techniques added that aid the body to relax and let itself unfold naturally, rather than being manipulated and forced to relax. This style is extremely relaxing and effective. I had muscle releases that I physically felt and going into the massage I was not even aware that I was holding tension there!Andy is very professional. His studio was very clean and comfortable as was the bathroom. His studio is located in a sweet, residential neighborhood so parking was not an issue. I highly recommend Atlanta Esalen Massage :)

I've been dealing with shoulder issues for fourteen months. I've tried managing the issues with other PT, massage, and chiropractic care. I had one doctor telling me I need surgery, another telling me I don't, and a third telling me I should have it when I'm fed up with my symptoms. Nikki was the first person to help me come up with a real plan. And pain is now the exception instead of the rule. At every stage of my recovery process, she was exceptional at detailing my exercises and goals, and with her help I got back up to speed very quickly. I previously treated with larger PT companies and found the lack of personal attention to result in slow progress. Jessica was able to address my injury in an efficient manner. Great instructor very understanding and really care about your progress in the program. Made it feel like a walk in the park. I just knew them was going to be the longest 20 hours of my life, but to my surprise it was a Great experience, and the information that was given was very understandable. I learned a lot of information that I can take with me to make better decisions and choices in my life. The only thing that I hated about the class was the way I had to go about getting here.. but over all happy I had to. My son has had several lessons with instructor, Audrey LeGrand. He has enjoyed each lesson and learned several driving techniques. Audrey always communicates with me prior to each lesson to let me know what skills my son will be working on for his upcoming lesson. In addition to this, after each lesson she enters notes on his progress and what he needs to continue to practice. Overall, the experience has been good for my son. He has a final upcoming lesson with Audrey and I am confident that he will be ready to pass his driving test!
