If you haven’t taken the opportunity to take the skills course, take it. It is worth the money and time and you won’t regret it. I have been in practice for several years and just need a refresher course but I was quite surprised at all that I learned. Relaxed environment without any pressure yet we covered a tremendous amount of surgical procedures, even ones not listed. The professors were both excellent and took time to explain surgical techniques and cover everything in detail.

I’ve known about the AfrikanHairGod from many years ago on YouTube before he became a cosmetologist. I was on the search for a natural hair salon that met my hair philosophy. When I read another influencer recommend Narada as one who advocated healthy hair, old fashioned grease and trims designed to remove damage and restore hair health, I knew he was my guy. Hubby and I drove the 6+ hours from Florida to my appointment and have not regretted any of the process. We were warmly received by him and Henny. His treatment of my hair and styling was very thorough and gentle. He trimmed only what was needed, conditioned as needed and l left with a beautiful twist design that I proudly wear out. It’s my resolve to love and embrace my natural texture without wigs or silk press. Narada has put me on that road. Very pleased with my service and look forward to my annual follow up appointment.

Very welcoming staff, professional, and fast. Everyone inside was cool, the barbers really try to squeeze in walk ins to help you out even when you don't have an appointment. I saw how they were cutting everyone else's hair, which was sharp, clean, and they all take their time to give you a perfect cut. They also take the time to sanitize everything. Including the seats, the tools they use, the blades and everything. Brian cleaned up and faded the beard. He did a phenomenal job. Even used a hot towel and I never asked. He did the beard lining to precision, I couldn’t even feel the blade at all when he was sharpening the edges. That takes a sharp edge and some skill. A lot of other barbers you go to you will feel the blade. But getting your haircut here, the way they do it especially, is the best way. So if I ever do come by to this area for sure I would come get a full haircut!Highly reccomend 10/10Staff 10/10Experience 10/10

I normally go downtown to City Nail and get my nails done but this last time I wasn’t really happy with how my overlay on my natural nails looked. So I let it grow out and came here to get a fill in and a pedicure. I hadn’t been here since 2017 but I’m glad I came back. My nails look really good my feet look good as well. I came late evening after work but it was well worth it.

Needed a whole new water main after the freeze we had recently. It wasn't just the leak that caused the replacement, but very old lines that were probably done in the 60s. Who knows...the house was built in 1940 and the line was rusted out. Great communication, and very professional. Scott only uses copper pipes so top quality, too. Plus his price was more than fair. This work was done a while back and with the freezing temperatures, made me think about the excellent service I received.
It was a Saturday when my front yard hose bib broke and I ended up calling a well-known (advertises on the radio) plumbing company that was able to come out within two hours. Apart from the emergency service fee (which I was fine with) the cost to replace the bib I thought was too high and this company would not do frost free. I spent the next few weeks reaching out to a number of plumbing companies who all quoted a little less (going by the pictures I sent). And then I called Pam. We must have spent a half hour talking about the hose bib and all things plumbing. I talked to her about the other items I also needed to have looked at and she provided options. Due to the stormy weather, we kept an appointment date flexible. When we settled on a date/time her team of Robbie & Katie came when she said they would. I also agreed to have them replace the pvc parts with copper. It was a suggestion she made and personally I prefer metals over plastic. Robbie & Katie worked great as a team and I couldn’t be happier with the work. Once the bib had been replaced Robbie also looked into a low water pressure situation in one of our bathrooms. He spent more time trying to find a cause than other plumbers who had been called in specifically for that issue. Pam the Plumber is fairly priced and truly cares about doing a great job. Hopefully I won’t need her services too often in the future, but she will most certainly be my only call.

Blue Creek is wonderful--Dr. Schaffer takes time to answer questions and address concerns and will be straight with you about choices for treatment. The hygienists are friendly, efficient, gentle, and thorough. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my appointment, and the desk staff is on it with prices of service, appointments, and help with insurance. I can't say enough good about them.

Dr. Cohen and his staff are exceptional. The office is beautiful and relaxing. Everyone is kind. I came into the office bent over and unable to walk. Dr. Cohen took x-rays to determine what was causing my pain. He then treated me to electric stem therapy and then proceeded to give me an amazing adjustment! I was able to stand and walk again. After the appointment, Dr. Cohen took me to his relaxation room which further gave me a luxury VIP experience. The relaxation room has soft music, fountains, beautiful furniture and it smells amazing. It is just what I needed after my adjustment...it gave me a moment to relax and recover. I rate Mason Mill Chiropractic a 10/10. The best experience ever!

I’ve been a patient of Dr Shelia Payton now for a little over a year. She has made such a huge positive impact on my level of care in terms of targeted treatment during my visits. This isn’t just another pop and snap in and out chiropractic clinic but a Dr who goes beyond the surface to understand what you do, where your key triggers are for muscle and body movement, and any underlying health issues that can be contributing to your pain. Her knowledge of wholistic medicine and menopausal care is also a plus in understand how women’s bodies change after certain changes. Great service and care, just do not understand why the $100 annual exam is just a physical exam that is practically visual and does not even reduce the cost of future care practices. I even had to point out abnormalities on my pet because they were not seen during the ‘exam’. The staff also could not explain to me why the exam is so expensive. The fecal exam that requires actual labs is half the price. Additionally, I had to call back to get the lab results I ordered while I boarded my pet instead of being informed when I picked them up.
This is my only problem, but the facility is great.
I have had great experiences with them. They performed routine evaluations, dentals, and surgical fatty mass removals for my dog. Doctors Gideon, Eichenbaum, and Ellington are all great veterinarians and good communicators.
Avondale is simply the best. The veterinarians are top notch and they are very well connected with leading practices in UGA - including connections at UGA which is priceless. They and their staff always go the extra mile. The facility is amazing - clean, fresh, free coffee and an amazing office cat. If you want caring, conscientious service and clear communication and follow ups this is the place to go. They have helped me navigate some very complicated pet issues and having them in my corner is the ultimate peace of mind.

I brought my cat here for the first time recently. She is 16 years old, and has been to the vet many times throughout her life. As soon as I met Dr. Lloyd and our technician I knew something was different about them. They were so present with her, they did not rush, made her feel safe, and took the time to really be with her. Dr. Lloyd fully explained his thoughts about her condition and my options for diagnostics. They were not in a hurry, and I honestly have never had a vet spend so much time with my cat before. It makes me a bit emotional to know that someone could care about her as much as I do. My man said they spent more time us in the exam room than his doctor does with him. I had the best experience at Church St recently. My sweet elderly cat has asthma among many other problems and I had been looking for a new vet in the neighborhood. Upon entering the building I was greeted with friendly staff from everyone to the check in staff, techs... down to the doctor.
I was put in a room right away to alleviate any additional stress for my buddy which was really helpful!!! They took their time during the exam in making my cat feel comfortable and making the appointment a breeze for me too! I have been looking for a new vet since moving to the area and I have found it!! I Look forward to working with them to keep my furry friends happy and healthy!

I really enjoyed my session with Touché Massage. I was able to book a same day appointment with ease. Parking was easy and the facility was well lit and easy to enter. Pierre greeted me promptly, welcoming me into his relaxing space. We spoke a bit about my needs for the session and he let me know what I could expect. Pierre has a nice, strong intentional touch. It was easy to enjoy the massage. The ambience was perfect. The relaxing sounds was perfect. And Pierre had a great stride. I even added on a sugar scrub, which was the perfect way to wrap up my session!
More than a massage, it was transcendental healing. I scheduled the 90 minute deep tissue and received a wholistic embrace. Met, seen and received as I was with warmth, handled with care and respected as a human being. Again, beyond a massage. Truly a safe, serene, welcoming space and massage therapist.
I have had a few massages in my time and Liz is by far the best massage therapist I have ever been to. She is intuitive, professional, kind, and attentive to the needs of her clients. Not once during the massage did she press too hard or cause pain (which has happened with other massages I have had); she kept steady pressure, working out all my tension areas in a way that kept me relaxed and I never felt discomfort or pain. It’s the first massage I’ve ever had where I actually felt deeply relaxed at the end of it and I carried that glow with me for the rest of the day. Liz has a gift! I highly recommend her. She’s a treasure to have in the Decatur area!

I absolutely loved my massage with Xiaong. Its been a long time since I felt like every knot was properly felt and removed in a massage and it was the most relaxing (and of course slightly painful) experience but two days later my body felt brand new. At 40+5, I booked a 90 minute massage with Natasha and it was fantastic. With this being my 4th pregnancy, I’ve had a few prenatal massages over the years. I’ve had ongoing sciatic pain in my right hip on and off for years, he focused where I asked, gave amazing pressure and still worked my whole body and helped areas I didn’t realize needed work.
