“I have been visiting this place every 25 days for the past 2 yrs for my gelX. Ting was excellent at her work always. The last time i went there, something unfortunate happened. Appointment at 5.30pm and i reached there at 5.20pm. Ting was busy still with someone and the person who did my nails rushed it, denied to do the design because it was almost closing time. In front of my other friend when I was almost half done, she said “Thats the reason Ting didnt want to do it for u”. Surprising, it wasnt a free service. I decided not to go there ever.
Post that, i was due refill today, and i thought of Just giving them the time and letting them select the available rep to do my nails. AND I WAS BLESSED WITH ELLA. ?
She did it so well, so neat, well shaped, perfect timing, no rush no slow nothing. I just loved it all over again. I appreciated her for what she did. I somehow thought, i just had underestimated a new staff while i would always do it from the same person or no. ELLA was great“
