“I have now done 3 transactions with Shane. He gets results - he sold my house in 2 days, helped us find and build basically the perfect new build as a presale, and helped us find reasonably-priced and suitable interim rental housing between selling our first house and closing on the second. Perhaps most importantly, Shane is the standard of excellence in customer service - a breath of fresh air in a world where I have to speak to seven comcast drones to get escalated to someone competent. He is extremely responsive. I have a running joke that I get a reply text from Shane before I even hit send on mine. He is also extremely friendly and does not seem to get annoyed even when I am being objectively annoying. He is a fixer. If there is a problem he immediately drops everything and tries to find a solution for it. Now I know he has a bazillion clients but he still makes me feel as if he is constantly at our beck and call. When he is not available he gets someone else on it instantly and checks in on it later. Even if something is not that big of a problem he will treat it seriously and work very hard to fix it. He listens. In addition to fixing the problems quickly, he talks me down when I have worries about said problems, or about hypothetical problems that have not yet come to pass. He is willing to put in the effort to listen even when he has already done everything he can to fix whatever issue. He is a real (and very cool) person. He makes lots of jokes, texts and uses emojis, and has a casual style that is disarming and helps make what is a pretty stressful time fun. Everyone seems to agree about how awesome Shane is, so he has a lot of contacts. And his contacts are generally people who are similarly awesome and are eager to work for Shane's clients. Honestly I didn't know that such cool people could network as amazingly as Shane does. I tend to think of power networkers as obnoxious plastic people. Shane is not, and this restores my faith in humanity. He should teach seminars. Besides Shane, we worked some with Phil and Alicia, who are wonderful too. Very service-oriented company.”
