I’m so pleased with the service! My 85 year old oriental rug was cleaned by Sharian. It’s beautiful again. The pick up and delivery could not have been a better experience. The guys were great. Communication with the staff, perfect. Thank you! I’ll be a repeat customer.
I wish I had taken before/after pics. Ruth and her team did a fabulous cleaning/repair job on our 20-year-old Persian rug. I wasn't sure it had any life left in it after years of sun exposure, dog scratching, and just general wear and tear. What I brought home is a beautiful, colorful rug. And, yes, everyone there is courteous and helpful.
We had two rugs that got wet and a waterline bust. They needed to be clean anyway, but now they definitely did.
Sharian did a great job, and for the size it was not about price. I was not on a specific timeframe, but I think they probably would’ve done it quicker if I’d ask. We were having to do some demo after the water regardless.
We’ll definitely revisit for a yearly cleaning now.
