We hired Intown Craftsmen to put an addition on our house and adding an addition to a house that is over 100 years old is not an easy task. The addition involved every aspect of construction, plumbing, HVAC, building above the garage and redoing the roof, etc. Upon our first meeting with Russ and telling him what we wanted, he was genuinely excited to do the job. They did the job so well that you really can’t tell it is not part of the original house. You can tell they take pride in their work. I would hire them again without a second thought!!

Intown team (Russ, Deb, Gabe) were all great to work with for our recent added exterior entrance. Easy ordering, install team were professional and efficient, and all made sure the project was done to our satisfaction. Worth the price for the service - will use again!

I can’t speak highly enough about Intown Craftsmen. I was referred by a good friend and called Russ to give me a quote on some minor damage that was done to our home during a recent storm. While Russ was looking around, he noticed that the anchor point on the side of the house was not attached properly. He asked me a bunch of questions about the job, who did it, when it was done and how much I was charged for it. When I gave him that information, he very politely and professionally told me that not only was the job done incorrectly but that I was overcharged and should reach out to the electrician who did it.
