i've been a member at FORM for almost 2 years, and my time at this studio has revolutionized my relationship with movement and my body. level 1 classes are truly beginner friendly, with many bodies and ages in the room. the priority is ALWAYS education on alignment and being safe in your body. highly recommend taking advantage of posture lab- a monthly workshop to dig into specific poses. thank you FORM for helping me build a foundation of yoga knowledge and intuition that will follow me forever.
I already miss Form after moving recently! Beautiful studio, wonderful instructors. If you find yoga a little intimidating, this is the studio for you--classes are gentle, accessible, and welcoming. Most classes have a great range of people at all different levels of movement so you'll never feel out of place, whether you need to take it really easy or challenge yourself that day. I especially recommend Kat Jones' Stretch & Restore class!
