“The entire team is great… Starting with Marjorie who answered the phone with so much pizazz, and positive energy. She also was so KNOWLEDGEABLE. I called this office after calling about 10 other fibroid clinics who told me my insurance was not covered.

Marjorie was able to let me know that my specific insurance doesn’t cover the UFE procedure At All, anywhere, and told me the different types of my same insurance company that would. AND she gave me an insurance representative to help me switch my plan. AND she followed up with me. AND she followed back up months later just before my insurance had switched to setup my appointment. She’s amazing.

The woman in the billing department when I was getting everything setup for my appointment even gave me some helpful day of procedure tips since she had gotten the procedure done too.

The day of the appointment the woman at the desk greeted me with a big smile and was very pleasant (at 6am by the way!)

She made me feel so, so comfortable. She explained all the meds that I need to take with such love and care. She even hand wrote notes and basically made a cheat sheet to make it super easy for me after the procedure. She deserves the world.. there’s so many medical staff that are burnt out and take it out on the patients, or are ONLY there for the money, and I understand... But she truly has a care for people, so I’m so glad she’s in the healthcare field. The world needs more people like her.

When I got in the procedure Michelle was so funny and pleasant as well. Marcus was very nice and professional.

Literally the staff doesn’t have a weak link.. There’s a beautiful culture in this place.

And last but not least Dr Patel. You can tell he loves what he does. He loves all the nitty gritty details of it and can talk about it all day. He gives very thorough details about the procedure and the outcomes. And AFTER the procedure, he called daily to check in. And he didn’t sound like it was just a routine call that he HAD to do, he asked specific details, he wanted to know what was going on and how I was recovering. He remembered the details from the day before. And the next day he called again, and the next day he called again. He made sure you recovered safely.

I hesitate to write a glowing review since I worry that sending many new clients here will decrease my chances of getting in when I need to, but this place deserves it. I consider myself a higher maintenance person, particularly when it comes to my healthcare. My provider, Kristina, is the bomb. She responds to my portal messages in a timely manner, is so knowledgeable, and truly listens to me. She makes me feel comfortable, takes her time with me, and I trust her medical opinion completely. I never wait at this practice and I love the convenience of an onsite lab (the technician is very skilled too!). PPC has helped several members of my family out, in a pinch (i.e., when my elderly Mother was visiting and tested positive for Covid), and I am so grateful. Their willingness to help someone who is important to me, but not necessarily their established patient, shows me they care. My elderly mother received exceptional care here, as did my teen daughter. I'm so thankful for this practice, and particularly for my wonderful practitioner, Kristina. I hope she never retires!“

“? Recommended in less than 1 month time RFH has taken a stage 4 bedsore from neglect and misdiagnosis back on 10/16/2024 sent to emergency room only after the EMTs refused the 1st time to take her. Then after many times told they were going to discharge her but did due to she was throwing up, sick, etc. her to show up on 10/28/2024 in ICU with acute kidney failure and a bedsore they never addressed. With certified violations from the DOH on their wrong doings. From there to a short term rehab that placed her on hospice when I demanded her sent home cause they weren't doing anything but letting her sit in soiled diapers. Then sent to another hospital that kept sending her home due to pending hospice removal. Seeing the wound center there for months with little to no results. Referral from a couple nurses to contact RFH to within a month have this stage 4 bedsore 95% healed so yes they are recommended at the highest level when it comes to wound care.
