Staff is friendly and the mani/pedi and brow waxing I got were good, although the technician seemed to be in a big rush. They seem to be understaffed. The wait can be quite long when there are only three people servicing clients on a Friday! I do not like my manicure being done while I'm sitting in the pedicure chair. I am more interested in getting my cuticles trimmed, and it's hard to do a good job in that position. All of the nail shops do this now, so I plan to book my manicure at a different time. Of all the nail shops in this Wesley Chapel/Flat Shoals Parkway area, they are the best in my opinion. If you're not a regular at other shops, seems like I got a technician...read full review

My daughter and I went to Nail Time for the 1st time (based on their Google reviews) and were immediately greeted nicely and taken care of. The ladies who did our pedicures did a wonderful job! Tina did my pedicure and she took her time, gave me a thorough foot rub and was very gentle.We will definitely be back! Thank you for taking such good care of us. ?

This was my first visit here. Amy's work was exceptional! She was caring and willing to please and satisfy me, her client. I had the same results with my pedicure. I think I've found a new nail shop!! I will return:)Services: Nail art
