Today was the best experience in a long time. I want to thank Ms Betty first as she was the only one that reached out to me when I had issues at Family Dental. I was making preparations to leave the practice after 20+ years due to customer service and other issues. She reassured me things would get better. Today I had Dr T Williams for an extraction and she was wonderful. She explained the process and my post care. I was able to ask questions and she took the time and listened to my concerns. Today's appointment has affordable me a new prospective of Family Dental. Hopefully you will stay customer service focused.
