The Plumbing Detectives

Jason was great. I had gotten two other quotes, the first one was just via text so that wasn't good. The second one was priced insanely high but they didn't go into my crawlspace so I wasn't sure if it was even accurate. Jason and I communicated via text initially and then he stopped by at a time that was good for me. He was very detail oriented and provided a great quote. I agreed on the spot and he was able to schedule in a timely manner. He was alway very communicative and super friendly. I cannot reccommend him enough. You won't be disappointed if you choose The Plumbing Detectives.

This is the second time we've asked Jason for help. It was an easy choice given the first time. This time was replacing the prv. He gives a cost up front and sticks to it. Carefully explains what parts he's going to use and why. Takes before and after pics of his work, shares and explains them.
I was a mechanic for part of my career. I'd rather fix things myself but you also have to know enough to know when somebody else can do it better. He, like I, chooses to do things right the first time. The customer is happier and you won't have to come back and fix it twice.
Jason is extremely competent, fair and above all honest. And these days that seems getting harder to find.
