Pam's team worked together well and did a good job for me replacing my sewer line and my drinking water line from the county service point into my house. I watched the work in progress and they were responsive to my questions and did a professional job. A couple of months later when I had a prospective home buyer with questions about the installation, Pam and one of her plumbers were willing to come out on short notice to stand behind the work over a weekend to answer questions and provide a camera survey to reassure the buyer of the quality of the work.

This work was done a while back and with the freezing temperatures, made me think about the excellent service I received.
It was a Saturday when my front yard hose bib broke and I ended up calling a well-known (advertises on the radio) plumbing company that was able to come out within two hours. Apart from the emergency service fee (which I was fine with) the cost to replace the bib I thought was too high and this company would not do frost free. I spent the next few weeks reaching out to a number of plumbing companies who all quoted a little less (going by the pictures I sent). And then I called Pam.
