I can’t say enough about our experience with Heron’s Crossing. We had to euthanize our 14 yr old cat. Dr. James explained in detail the entire process. He was very calming and caring. He is very knowledgeable about the medical side of this process which eased the difficulty of losing a pet. We feel blessed to have been able to let go of our precious baby at home, at our pace with a dedicated and gentle veterinarian. Highly recommend!
Today our sweet Sadie crossed the rainbow bridge while being surrounded by her family in the comfort of her home. James was amazing. He explained each step and allowed us to take our time. His compassion was the part that helped us with the process. This is the hardest thing I have ever had to do. Thank you James for your words and making this a peaceful passing for Sadie. We had 16 years of her 17 years. Kidney failure was the unfair curve that life threw at us a year ago. Sadie was the sweetest rescue ever. You are at peace Sadie girl and we will miss her so much. We love you Sadie.
My husband and I had a cat that had taken a turn for the worse rather quickly on a Friday. We had trouble finding any place open to help us transition our sweet love. Heron’s Crossing was accommodating with flexibility but was also able to send a doctor out after hours to help us transition our sweet girl. The doctor was professional and kind and supportive. We cannot thank this company enough.
