“Great option, great location, limited parking I needed my hair flat twisted for an upcoming vacation and Saturday appointments at "regular" salons are hard to come by these days and flat twists have become very expensive post COVID. So I decided to give BBA a shot and I'm glad I did. For $65 I had a detailed and cutely designed flat twist and deep conditioner. I had a 9:30am appointment and left around 12:30pm. The teachers/instructors have great personalities and the students do great work. Their price is comparable to African salons but BBA is much cleaner and they wash and condition your hair. I would choose BBA over an African salon any day. My only critique is the parking. The parking in the front is very limited. There is a lot in the back but that was full. So I parked across the street at the Family Dollar shopping center. Not recommended but my car was fine. They do all types of styles, colors, nails, lashes, massages, barber services, etc. Give them a try!“

“Stephanie is so kind and so talented. Her mani/pedis look beautiful for weeks. She is detail oriented and taught me a lot about caring for my skin. I always know I will get great value when I go to her. I treated my mom to Stephanie’s Standard Pedicure and she is still raving! Her first words afterwards were “I think you’ve found your nail person!” That means a lot from her because she is very critical. Stephanie is the BEST!“

“Staff is friendly and the mani/pedi and brow waxing I got were good, although the technician seemed to be in a big rush. They seem to be understaffed. The wait can be quite long when there are only three people servicing clients on a Friday! I do not like my manicure being done while I'm sitting in the pedicure chair. I am more interested in getting my cuticles trimmed, and it's hard to do a good job in that position. All of the nail shops do this now, so I plan to book my manicure at a different time. Of all the nail shops in this Wesley Chapel/Flat Shoals Parkway area, they are the best in my opinion. If you're not a regular at other shops, seems like I got a technician who seems inexperienced and can't speak any English.“

“What a pleasant surprise! I was running errands and decided I really wanted to get a mani and pedi. I was headed to Publix and unknowingly stepped in just before close. They graciously said it was fine. The lady who did my nails was adept, and I was very pleased. This is only my 2nd nail experience since Covid. My mani/pedi were done with a true professional flair. Ann was such a great conversationalist and between her and Pinay, I left loving my nails. I WILL be back and pray that my next visit will not disappoint.2nd POSTWell...upon my return visit, I was highly disappointed.Entering the establishment a second time felt different. A man stood over Annie as if he was in charge of everyone and everything. With his presence, she appeared timid. When I requested her as my nail tech, she mumbled for someone else to do them.As I sat, another customer complained about the services she was receiving. Yet, I sat and figured that somehow all would go well. “This place was wonderful! I usually go to another place right up the street cause it was the only one that was close by that I knew of. But I was always disappointed when I went to the other place. I’m someone that loves just a basic mani/pedi and some places don’t do their best work unless they’re doing acrylic or other things like that, but this place really did a wonderful job. The price point is very fair for what you get. For example I got the signature mani/pedi and it was so relaxing. They also got it done in less than an hour. The experience overall was really wonderful. Thank y'all so much !“
