One inspector was incredibly honest, showing photos of the minor damage and explaining exactly what needed fixing without trying to upsell, and handled the repairs quickly with very fair pricing. A truly trustworthy local business. The owner personally checked an attic and quickly determined that a leak was actually being caused by an overflow from the HVAC system, not the roof. He took the time to explain what was happening and helped point in the right direction for who to call to get it fixed, and didn't charge anything for the visit. He was incredibly helpful, honest, and professional. The team communicated well, arrived when they said they would, and paid attention to every detail. The finished roof has completely changed the look of the home. Nice work by a crew member who came at a short notice and serviced the property and proactively identified and fixed other issues at no additional cost.
