“i've been a member at FORM for almost 2 years, and my time at this studio has revolutionized my relationship with movement and my body. level 1 classes are truly beginner friendly, with many bodies and ages in the room. the priority is ALWAYS education on alignment and being safe in your body. highly recommend taking advantage of posture lab- a monthly workshop to dig into specific poses. thank you FORM for helping me build a foundation of yoga knowledge and intuition that will follow me forever.”
“I booked a massage in the Salt Room with Terica and everything about DHA exceeded my expectations. I was greeted with kindness from the moment I walked in the door. The energy overall was peaceful and calm. Terica (the massage therapist) was incredible! She asked me about pain I was having, areas I wanted her to focus on and throughout the massage she checked-in with me on the pressure she was giving. My entire experience was wonderful and I'll definitely be back soon.”
