I was born with a cataract and was told it was inoperable. Dr. Solomon disagreed and sent me to the correct specialist, who fixed that eye, which made me eligible for Lasik. I then got Lasik and the other eye, and now within the span of six months I went from not seeing out of one eye and having a -5 prescription in the other to having zero prescription for both, essentially perfect vision in both eyes.
