This is the only company I will ever use! I had a toilet that started to need the handle to be held to flush. I called Slam, whom I had used a couple times before, and after a quick visit, they got it to work but said I'd likely need to replace the toilet soon. I felt uneasy about this since the toilet was less than 10 years old. So I asked them for a second opinion. To sum up, it took a few visits, but I did need a new toilet, and they were so patient and professional the whole way. I felt fully confident in the work that needed to be done and so well taken care of that I will only use them going forward. I'm grateful that such a great company exists!

Reviews
The Slam team was great from the initial service call to the visit with Kory, the technician.
Kory showed up right at 9 a.m. to replace a valve box for my washer and dryer. While he was here, he also helped me work through a few questions and identify a pressure valve issue, potentially saving me a headache down the road.
Couldn’t recommend this team more. I love supporting a local business that genuinely cares about the work they do.
Hopefully, I won’t need them again anytime soon, but if I do, I know who to call!
My first time using SLAM. The thousands of 5 ⭐ reviews were right.
Highly professional, polite, punctual, skilled, knowledgeable, tenacious, responsive, trustworthy, great communication and integrity.
Arrived early, communicating via text/phone calls to update. Highly satisfied and recommended. Met with a few unexpected situations from the past, unrelated to SLAM, addressed them without increasing the price quoted. The manager came out to collaborate on troubleshooting, even though it was already evening. Stayed late, it was dark, to get the job done. Going above and beyond to satisfy the customer.
