This is the only company I will ever use! I had a toilet that started to need the handle to be held to flush. I called Slam, whom I had used a couple times before, and after a quick visit, they got it to work but said I'd likely need to replace the toilet soon. I felt uneasy about this since the toilet was less than 10 years old. So I asked them for a second opinion. To sum up, it took a few visits, but I did need a new toilet, and they were so patient and professional the whole way. I felt fully confident in the work that needed to be done and so well taken care of that I will only use them going forward. I'm grateful that such a great company exists!
