“I have had a few massages in my time and Liz is by far the best massage therapist I have ever been to. She is intuitive, professional, kind, and attentive to the needs of her clients. Not once during the massage did she press too hard or cause pain (which has happened with other massages I have had); she kept steady pressure, working out all my tension areas in a way that kept me relaxed and I never felt discomfort or pain. It’s the first massage I’ve ever had where I actually felt deeply relaxed at the end of it and I carried that glow with me for the rest of the day. Liz has a gift! I highly recommend her. She’s a treasure to have in the Decatur area!”
