“The staff is very professional and friendly. Sienna and Kristy are the perfect teammates for Dr. Sarah because they are all so thorough and knowledgeable. The eye exam was very easy and enlightening since it’s been more than 10 years that I had one. The building is cute and up-to-date. It’s conveniently located in downtown Decatur. Finally, they have cute frames to choose from although my eyes are in good condition and I can wait to buy the frames that are available. I will continue with Reagin Eyes for my preventative eye care. They are amazing!“

“After rating this office 1 star, I wanted to update the start rating to 5. My initial complaint was about how long I waited for glasses and I learned that they don’t have any control of when my glasses will be available since it’s done through the insurance lab. I didn’t understand it at first and I made a mistake thinking they were responsible. Regardless, when I picked up my glasses, they took the time to actually acknowledge the complaint and I really appreciate that. They took really good care of me, and made sure I was fully satisfied before I walked out the door. Thank you for your service and highly recommended.“
