The employees are caring with the clothing and with the way customers are treated, always offering a kind word and an uplifting visit. They communicate everything upfront and provide professional service. One customer left a substantial sum of money in a pocket, and the employees returned it, showing respect for doing the right thing. Another customer left fifty dollars and was given it back, building trust. Customers have used Snow Cleaners for alterations and cleaning special items that require extra care.
