I have had a few massages in my time and Liz is by far the best massage therapist I have ever been to. She is intuitive, professional, kind, and attentive to the needs of her clients. Not once during the massage did she press too hard or cause pain (which has happened with other massages I have had); she kept steady pressure, working out all my tension areas in a way that kept me relaxed and I never felt discomfort or pain. It’s the first massage I’ve ever had where I actually felt deeply relaxed at the end of it and I carried that glow with me for the rest of the day. Liz has a gift! I highly recommend her. Liz is a very talented massage therapist with specific expertise in lymphatic drainage massage and other modalities. Her technique is gentle but very effective in restoring the body’s natural balance/ processes. Her technique is relaxing as well as effective and health-restoring. She is also a joy to spend time with! I’m booking a package of massages with her. She’s awesome!
