Decatur Lock & Key Shop, Inc. is a mobile locksmith service with three experienced locksmiths who have a combined 101+ years of experience. They can handle almost any lock-related need. Unfortunately, their lobby is currently closed due to a lack of employees, and they do not have a shop locksmith to cut keys or rekey locks. However, they are known for their excellent, knowledgeable, and thoroughly detailed professional services. Customers recommend them for their reliable and neighborly assistance, including helping with unexpected lockouts. They have been serving the community for over 5 years.
Excellent, Southern Hospitable customer service, in a world where customer service has essentially vanished. My community has used Decautur Lock and Key for years and while it's a drive to get out to their location, the service and old school craftsmanship is why we still use them.
Locked myself out of my truck in the neighborhood. They’d probably want me to let you know that is not part of their official services. I want to let you know they are a good neighbor, and got me back on the road again.
