I took my new garment to another local cleaner and when I picked it up, there was an awful smell in the fabric. I took it back to them, and they said that they would fix it. I picked it up the second time the smell was worse than the first time. I panicked and I was almost in tears because I needed that garment the same day due to me having to travel. I tried other cleaners and no one could help me, but then I stumbled upon Sunrise Cleaners!!! Not only were they polite and very sensitive to my issue they were able to HELP ME! My daughter is graduating this weekend and I completely forgot to take her gown somewhere to get pressed. It had creases in it from being folded during shipping. The girl at the front desk was friendly and helpful. She got the owner to see if they could do it next day and he was kind enough to say yes and gave us a great price. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend.
Always excellent customer service. I will continue to be a customer for as long as am in Georgia no matter the location. I enjoy service that much to prepare and come to this place. Thanks for being a business that care about how you treat your customers.
