Last Saturday me, my sister and my cousin went to this salon to get our nails done. When we first came in we didn’t smell strong nail polish like at other nail salons we been to. The lady was really nice and took her time making our nails look fabulous. They turned out really nice and they are still lasting. The nails also haven’t faded which is really nice. She also gave a really nice hand massage. The lady kept her mask on the whole time and they practiced social distancing. So I really recommend Renee to do your nails

Jene gave me lip blush and I absolutely love it! I have very sensitive skin and she still managed to work around my skin that swells so fast. She totally nailed the color and shape I wanted, and even corrected the color I had previously tattooed on my lips else where. Since my lips have healed, I’ve almost completely stopped wearing makeup most of the week, as my lip blush makes me feel so much better about all my features together. Can’t recommend her enough!

The location is in downtown Salem, so we had to circle around a few times to locate it and find a parking space. The shop is clean and they had Godzilla playing for entertaining those who are waiting. My son had a cut in mind and his barber made it happen. My child hasn't walked out of a haircut with a smile like that in years. His beautiful red hair looks amazing and he is proud to show it off.

Got dip nails and the nail technician was able to to answer all my questions on the different nail processes. I’ve been trying to get ombré nails but every time I’ve gone in for my appts at 3 different salons they all tell me no time to do, so my tech informed me when I call specify ombré, it takes about 2 hrs! She did a very nice job and I will go back!

I treated myself today. I called around 11am to see if they by chance could squeeze me in today, a Saturday. They got me in at 1! When I arrived I was promptly seated and soaking for my pedi. I had two different techs, one did my mani, one did my pedi. Both were great and very friendly.
Next time I’m treating myself to the deluxe pedi with hot stones, that sounds magical and relaxing. The technician told me to call ahead for that due to the longer time. That’s good to know.

Met a friend at this salon for a much-needed mom date at 630pm bc they are the only place open past 7. We both got the spa pedicure with French tip. I absolutely love my toes! She spent a ton of time trimming my cuticles and shaping my nails until they were just right. I don't think I've ever had such a thorough pedicure. Can't wait to go back and get a full set put on my fingernails!

I absolutely would recommend this Nail Spa to family and friends. I love Kevin's work, but Bella and Andy and skilled nail technicians as well. I enjoy the clean, inclusive, easy going environment. Even though I am childless I appreciate that they allow mothers to bring their children in with them so mothers have a chance to get their nail care. In my experience Kevin listens carefully, and is open to suggestions when doing nails. I like a pink or nude set, and have not been disappointed with my results. When getting pampered I always pay attention to how others are treated beyond the service, and this establishment is filled with kind hearted individuals. 10/10 would recommend to the community!

They have cute little menus that you can pick all sorts of things from for free like Mimosas, an assortment of snacks, what sent you want for a heating pad while you get your hair rinsed, and more! I just got my haircut here and it’s 11/10. Snarfy followed exactly what I wanted and then made it better. My last haircut (different hairstylist and place) I left in tears and didn’t stop for weeks. This haircut left me with nothing but energy and giddiness. They treat you like a life long friend than a stranger. I’ve never had a better experience than at Court Appearance today. I will from now on be making Snarfy my permanent hairstylist. If you’re worried, don’t be. You will not regret it.
Just got lash extensions done by Bavi….I couldn’t be happier she is so so good at what she does and so nice!!!! I really liked everyone there. I met Rosa the hair stylist there we talked for a little while and once this awful haircut grows out I’m going to have her cut my hair. Michelle recently did the makeup for my daughter’s wedding which included the maid of honor, mother of the bride, and the bride. She did a beautiful job. The makeup was light and luminous. The best endorsement came from the groom’s mother and the groom’s sisters. They originally wanted to do their own makeup until they saw ours. Michelle was happy to oblige. Everyone looked beautiful! Michelle was very professional, arrived on time ( she traveled quite a distance) and was clearly very talented.

Cleanliness: First thing I noticed was how clean the shop is. He kept asking if I was ok, or if I needed a break. Nice guy, answered every question I had and to me went above and beyond what you would expect from a tattoo artist.

Due to inclement weather most businesses were already closed for the day or so backed up it would take days for them to fit me in their schedule. Thankfully, Tony returned my call - he fit me in the next day and had no problem working with my Home Warranty company. Price for repairs was fair and reasonable. What a life saver!

Jet is right down the street from my house - like only about a mile away - so I contacted them for a few small electrical issues. I thought maybe they would be too big for my piddly little things -but not so! They have been super helpful and responsive. A couple of months back Tony replaced a wall heater and converted a fluorescent garage light fixture to LED. Today he came to replace my bathroom fan switch/timer. In the past I've dreaded calling for this type of thing because it seems like whenever something needs fixing in this old (1940s) house there's always some weird obstacle complicating matters. But not so with Tony - he gets the job done quickly and professionally and that's it! Nothing for me to worry about - just takes care of it and puts my mind at ease. He's also really nice and polite and patient with all of my questions :) I appreciate him so much! I haven't met Shawn, the electrical services manager, but I text him what I need and he's very responsive and gets me scheduled right away. I also had the pleasure of having Anthony help me with a breaker issue last winter when it was snowy and icy and I wasn't sure if I could get anyone to come. He had to come twice that day and was super helpful and also patient like Tony :) Thanks so much guys!! It's really a game changer to not be fearful and worried about having to call an electrician. You're the best :)
Top notch customer service from the first call for an estimate to paying the technician after he quickly and expertly replaced a frost-free hose bib. Many plumbers charge for an estimate; these folks did not and came prepared to do the job right on the spot if I accepted the price (which was HALF that of a previous estimate I had gotten from one of the bigger players in the Salem market). They prepared by asking me to text them photos/videos of the problem (smart - they brought the right parts they would need). PLUS... when you call them, a real, live person answers the phone. It didn't go to some individual's cell phone where you're invariably asked to leave a voicemail message. I made a call, made an appointment, and two days later I can finally use the hose in the front of our house. Thank you!
