Whether the individual behind the counter is the owner, manager or just an employee, he was an absolute delight. I was able to get the vacuum in and assured that it would be completed within just a few days. Plus, they have an actual Kirby from the '30s which is so cool to see.
Not often you walk into a place where a customer is telling the owner “you need to charge me more.” Which summarized my experience here as well, Derik is the opposite of a sleazy car salesman, at no moment did I feel pressured into buying anything. He’s very informed, and passionate about doing a good job, making sure people are happy with how their money is spent. It’s very obvious when talking with him that he cares about people being happy with their vacuums, rather than squeezing every last cent out of people, which is too common nowadays. One of the best purchasing experiences I’ve had in awhile! Highly recommend going through these guys if you need a repair or a whole new vacuum the value offered here will far exceed anything by shark or Dyson
