After 30 years of nickle &diming my old vacuum to death, it was time for trade in. I did some research on Riccar vacuum's, and it was the one to go with. Then i found Vacuum World, and it was great. I bought 2 new Ricarr vacuum's, one for myself, and one for my 80 year old mom. Wonderful vacuum, light weight(8)lbs., and made in America. The service from Derrick, and Vacuum World was excellent. I would not go anywhere else. Truly a professional place of business, that knows the industry and vacuum's as a whole. They will be highly referred, and it will be my one stop for anything vacuum cleaners. They really are knowledgeable on everything!!
We have been taking our machines to Vacuum world for years. The customer service and all around workmanship has always been impeccable. In a day and age where it seems that no one is willing to stand behind their product Vacuum World is a hidden gem.
Derrick is wonderful! My sebo and Dyson both look like new and work great after service. Very fast, transparent and methodical. Definitely recommend taking your vacuums here for any needs.
