The best thing I ever did for myself was book a massage when I was a couple weeks out from delivering my 5th daughter. I was so relaxed I fell asleep on the table ??. After months of pregnancy and then a delivery it was just what my body needed. I recommend all postpartum individuals take the time to pamper themselves & enjoy a massage from Kate.

Every appointment I have with Kate Saunders is blissful. She has a fantastic technique that is both gentle and healing. I've had many massages over the years, and normally I need a lot of pressure to feel relief. Kate's technique, however, is extremely light, and she manages to find all the pressure points that need release. The more I've worked with her, the more I've noticed a difference in how my body relaxes after a massage. Kate is also a kind, knowledgeable specialist and shows love to the community through supporting Free Fridge Salem. I can't recommend Holistic Bodyworks enough!

Kate is amazing! She greeted me at the door, and was so sweet with a big smile! The massage was very private, since I went on a weekend day, the whole building was empty so it was nice. My prenatal massage was so soothing and relaxing! I nearly fell asleep a few times which is exactly what I wanted. I felt nourished and healed, and looking forward to booking my next massage. She didn’t even take my tip and mentioned that she was content with her income for her work and any tip would be a donation for homeless. That is so humble and refreshing I think.
