Even though it was after hours, a technician (Michael Cantrell) came and installed a drain plug to prevent sewage from backing up until our main sewer line can be replaced. Michael C. was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. He didn’t rush when assessing how to best fix the problem. He communicated clearly what needed to be done to prevent the issue from happening again until repairs could be made, and he took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel silly. He was efficient, and diligent. On top of everything, before Michael left, he thoroughly cleaned the raw sewage that was covering part of my basement floor. He’s the real MVP!
