He did a thick application in the garage where, I hate , hate spiders and did exactly what, I wanted done. My friends say it’s cheaper to do it yourself but, I said they get all the wasp and beehives down around the eaves of the house and do granules around the house and I don’t half to deal with chemicals. You guys ROCK!!!
Great customer service over the phone for starters Glen answered any and all questions we had about their services and Josh who did the service was and has been super kind as well. I would definitely recommend this company and the service itself has proven to work.
Ryan Kee was a pleasure to finally meet. We’re usually not home. We appreciated that he immediately asked us if we had any pest concerns. His demeanor was upbeat, friendly and spoke with a smile. I have to say we’ve never had a negative experience with any technician that has treated our home for just over a year now. Nor have we had any problems with Pointe pest Control in its entirety! Way to go!
