I contacted Pointe Pest Control specifically because we are seeing carpenter ants, quite a number of them. I am VERY Impressed with their staff. I chose a yearly service. The initial enrollment was just over $100 with a coupon they offered. The monthly $50 fee is for a full inspection and treatment every 3 months, but they will also come to your home at anytime between those treatments if you have a concern. The yearly service is a good choice for our home at this time because we have a fair number of insects. The really bad ones, of course, are the carpenter ants. They come every three months. Like clockwork. Always meticulous at checking in on any hot spots (ants seem to love my little kitchen), and they are always super respectful and quick. My wife appreciates that, and she is harder to impress than I am.
