Ellen is spectacular. She has been helping me significantly since my last surgery. I had many complications with 3 major surgeries and an infection. She has kept my lymphatic system working and moving. She is very intuitive to what your body needs, even if you don't realize it at the time. She is kind, soft spoken, and so great at explaining things if you need it. She is also great at just working on you if you need quiet and relaxing. She has been a God send to my health and healing.
She found all the areas that have been bothering me for years! She was also willing to explain how the body works and what was going on with my body. I believe there will be many more appointments with Ellen in my future!
I've been to Cascade Bodyworks a number of times. Ellen performs excellent massage and has a very intuitive feel for the muscles and connective tissue she is working. Her studio is warm and comfortable and so relaxing. Highly recommended!
