I highly recommend this business! I had a pipe burst during the ice storm. Due to inclement weather most businesses were already closed for the day or so backed up it would take days for them to fit me in their schedule. Thankfully, Tony returned my call - he fit me in the next day and had no problem working with my Home Warranty company. Price for repairs was fair and reasonable. What a life saver!

Tony and the rest of the crew are consistently friendly, communicative, and quick. When I needed a full re-pipe last year, Tony worked with me to figure out how to prioritize things based on importance & what I could afford. And this week when I had a sudden clog I wasn't able to snake out myself, he answered the phone right away and fit me in very quickly. As a new-ish home owner I very much appreciate him!

Waking up to a heavily leaking water heater (20 yrs old) in the garage first thing in the morning only a couple of hours before a house full of guests was to arrive was stressful, to say the least. A quick online search led us to Einstein Plumbing and Heating in West Salem. I called right at 8am when they opened and was greeted with a friendly voice who let me know that he had a technician in my area and would be able to stop by for an inspection and quote within 30 mins!!
