“We had a fantastic experience with 3R Construction building our backyard deck, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out!
From start to finish, the team was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Communication was great, the payment process was simple, and the crew was awesome. They showed up on time, worked hard, and even finished our deck about a week earlier than expected.
What really stood out was how willing they were to go above and beyond on a couple of special requests. That extra effort meant a lot to us and really showed how much they care about making sure the customer is happy.
The only small areas that could be improved would be the scheduling after the down payment, which took a little longer than we expected, and possibly having slightly larger allowances built into the project so it’s easier to stay within budget.
Those were minor things compared with the overall experience. We are extremely happy with our new backyard deck and would absolutely use 3R Construction again. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great contractor.
