“Went in because original piercing shop didn't help me with the downsize nor give me any info on the size of bar or gauge of jewelry. I came in for a downsize and Mason was extremely informant and even gave me the gauge of jewelry I had and helped me downsize. Came in a couple weeks later due to getting my piercing stuck falling out. Came back and Danielle behind the counter helped me with ease replace the jewelry I had lost. She was extremely careful and sanitary throughout the whole process will definitely be coming back for future piercings tattoos or even new jewelry. Great customer service👍👍“

“Had been thinking about another tattoo for awhile now. Finally made the appt. Danielle is fantastic. She was working on getting my design ready when I walked in. Gave me a couple choices. Then we discussed what we both liked about each design. Made a few tweaks and ready to start work. Her idea for how it was placed went above what I thought I wanted. Got the outlines done. Will go back in about 2 weeks so she can start layering the colors. She is calm, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I really appreciate her expertise and attention to detail.
