So listen. EVERY TIME I walk in, the staff knows who I am and what I want, not to mention the times for each service. They welcome me with a smile on their faces, and just light up my day ❤️. On top of all of that, the facility is always clean, and they are very knowledgeable about products and services.
Good place, good people the only think frustrating about it is when you pay for the top of the line package you always get knocked down if somebody else has that that bed so you either wait or go to a event that burns
Had a not so good Customer service experience here a few weeks ago, but klaudia helped getting it straightened out. The location is always clean and lotions are always stocked up, with tons to choose from!
