During late April and early May we had three Maytag appliances that required repairs, Randy did excellent work on the refrigerator, then Brian did the repairs on the dishwasher and dryer, what a tech, this man knows how to get the job done without wasting time. We are absolutely pleased with the quality of work and the fees paid.
Suggest that you spread out your appliance purchases if you do not want multiple service calls at the same time.

The reason I gave a five star rating is the quality of service and the knowledge of the staff. I replaced the rear seal on the dryer drum, the front seal, the belt, the rollers and belt tensioner. After I reassembled the dryer, I turned it on and it made a very loud thumping noise. So, I removed the drum and took it to United Repair. I thought I installed the seal incorrectly. I left it there so they could install a new seal for $25. On my way home I received a call from United Repair. The technician said there wasn't anything wrong with the seal. I returned to United. The service and help at this business is phenomenal. Oven went out the day before Thanksgiving and Cindy went above and beyond to help us. We will back at every opportunity and highly recommend this establishment!
