The reason I gave a five star rating is the quality of service and the knowledge of the staff. I replaced the rear seal on the dryer drum, the front seal, the belt, the rollers and belt tensioner. After I reassembled the dryer, I turned it on and it made a very loud thumping noise. So, I removed the drum and took it to United Repair. I thought I installed the seal incorrectly. I left it there so they could install a new seal for $25. On my way home I received a call from United Repair. The technician said there wasn't anything wrong with the seal. I returned to United. The service and help at this business is phenomenal. Oven went out the day before Thanksgiving and Cindy went above and beyond to help us. We will back at every opportunity and highly recommend this establishment!
Other appliance stores repair shops were closed on Saturday so I was recommended here from Kelly appliance. this repair shop had Factory parts on hand for my dryer when I called in. Great customer service!
